The staff stood out, always friendly and eager to help, which made my time there comfortable. However, the pool closed surprisingly early at 6 PM, limiting our options for evening relaxation. I also found the dining prices a bit high for what was offered, so I opted to explore nearby restaurants instead. Despite these minor issues, I had a great time overall.

I loved the room with a stunning bay view from the balcony. It was spacious, clean, and modern, making me feel right at home. The rooftop pool offered a great escape, but the early closure at 6 PM was a letdown. I appreciated the courteous front desk staff, always ready to assist with a smile. The Cuban restaurant served delicious food, and the service there was solid. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Brickell close to shops and restaurants. However, soundproofing was an issue. I heard noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Also, there weren't enough towels in my room initially which was inconvenient. Overall, the ambiance was lovely but a few tweaks could make the stay even better.
